Job Description:

You will be guiding the team and help them with content related questions. On the other hand, you will be focusing on creating and maintaining the sustainable partnership with our clients.

Core responsibilities

  • Leadership and Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, delegate tasks, resolve conflicts, and ensure cohesive teamwork throughout the project.
  • HCM SuccessFactors Knowledge: Experienced within multiple SuccessFactors modules to be able to bring our team to the next level, guide them and support them with content-related topics.
  • Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • A bachelor's or master's degree combined with SuccessFactors (end-to-end) project experience.
  • Multiple SuccessFactors certifications are a big plus
  • A collaborative spirit and customer-oriented attitude
  • Result-driven and focused on delivering quality
  • Keep on growing and developing your own competencies
  • A native speaker of Dutch or French and professional working proficiency in English
