- Preparation: gather requirements, advise on the solution possibilities, demonstrate SuccessFactors, present the overall solution during workshops with the client
- Realization: guide the customer on its business challenges, design HR processes, configure the requirements and processes in SuccessFactors and execute testing together with the client
- Training: help the customer to understand the implemented solution, both from business and technical point of view, prepare training material
- Deploy: build a long-term sustainable relationship with the client

- A bachelor's or master's degree combined with SuccessFactors Compensation (end-to-end) project experience
- A certificate of SAP SuccessFactors in Compensation is a big plus
- A collaborative spirit & customer-oriented attitude
- Result-driven & focused on delivering quality
- A native speaker of French or Dutch and professional working proficiency in English
