Freelance Senior Scrum Master – Financial Sector

Your Role:

• Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams, ensuring Agile best practices are implemented effectively.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to teams, fostering an Agile mindset and self-organization.
• Ensure delivery follow-up while maintaining a strong focus on ownership and accountability.
• Work transversally across multiple teams and support cloud migration projects.
• Navigate complex delivery challenges within the financial sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at different levels to enhance Agile maturity across the organization.

Your Profile:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex environment, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong delivery-oriented mindset with a focus on results.
• Ability to challenge teams and stakeholders, ensuring continuous improvement and high performance.
• Experience with cloud migration projects and technical delivery is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch & French.
